FORT HENRY MALL (KINGSPORT TOWN CENTER): KINGSPORT, TN

I'd like to request that the Fort Henry Mall (now called Kingsport Town Center) located in Kingsport, TN be added to the dead malls website. This was once quite an impressive mall built originally in the 70's and has went through several remodels. However over the past few years or so the mall has really become run down. The mall was sold to somebody else and promised to be remodeled which has never happened. Instead of a supposed big change stores have been shutting down left and right and foot traffic has dwindled.
RadioShack just recently closed and moved to another location. Chick-Fil-A just shut down in December and now it has been announced that WaldenBooks is shutting down as well. Also rumored to be leaving soon is Kirklands. Anymore when you enter this mall many of the stores just look so run down, the mall is darkly lit, and honestly the carpet is dirty and has an odor to it. Most of the time this mall is dead too, many people shopping at the other two large outdoor shopping malls nearby instead. This mall may not be quite dead yet but it's definitely on life support!
